This initiative was started by a 2024 Ford Bronco owner affected by the MIC plastic roof cracking issue. Hundreds (quite possibly thousands) of similar complaints have emerged online—many within the warranty window, but many others are now beginning to surface beyond it. This website serves as a hub for affected owners to share their experience, join together, and demand Ford provide long-term coverage for this known defect.

Even if you haven’t experienced a defective MIC top yet, we strongly encourage you to contribute — many have reported issues that developed over time, and your input could help bring change.

We believe Ford should extend the MIC top warranty above and beyond the standard 3 year/36K warranty. We want Ford to stand by their loyal customers and MIC top replacement coverage to 5 years with unlimited miles—matching Ford’s rust damage warranty on body panels.
